Article 1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of FLOJU (the “Company”) and users, and the conditions and procedures for using “Dapulo” (the “Service”), a focus management and AI-assisted learning and wrong-answer management service provided by the Company.
Article 2. Definitions
- “Service” means all features provided by the Company, including focus management and focus rooms, extracting and organizing wrong answers, and generating worksheets.
- “User” means a member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms.
- “Member” means a person who creates an account through social login or another supported method and uses the Service.
- “Content” means materials uploaded or entered by a user, including examination papers, workbook images, PDFs and text, and data generated from those materials.
Article 3. Effect and changes to these Terms
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise announced.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. It will announce the effective date and reasons at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, or at least 30 days in advance for material changes or changes unfavorable to users.
- Continued use of the Service after the amended Terms take effect is treated as acceptance. Users who do not agree may terminate their agreement by closing their account.
Article 4. Provision of and changes to the Service
- The Company provides focus management and focus rooms, AI-assisted analysis and organization of wrong answers, and learning support features.
- The Service is generally available 24 hours a day, year-round, but may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, system replacement, communications failures or similar reasons.
- The Company may change the Service and will announce important changes in advance.
- All features offered during the beta are free. The end of the beta, the transition to the regular service, and material changes to conditions of use will be announced in advance.
- Accounts, saved questions, PDFs, notes and learning records created during the beta will be retained for continued use in the regular service. They will not be reset solely because the beta ends. Deletion requests and account closure are handled under the Privacy Policy.
Article 5. Agreement and accounts
- An agreement is formed when a user accepts these Terms and completes registration using social login or another procedure specified by the Company.
- Users are responsible for managing their accounts and authentication information and must not transfer or lend them to others.

- Users permit the Company to use Content to the extent necessary to provide and operate the Service, including OCR, AI analysis, and generating, storing and displaying results.

Article 11. Subscriptions and refunds
No service fees are charged during the beta. Any introduction of paid recurring subscriptions in the regular service will be announced separately. Participating in the beta does not enroll a user in a paid subscription or result in automatic charges. Before purchase, the Company will disclose the features, subscription fee, billing cycle, service period, payment methods, automatic renewal, cancellation and refund conditions. Payment will follow the conditions reviewed and accepted by the user.
If recurring fees increase or a free offering changes to paid recurring billing, the Company will explain the changes and cancellation or termination conditions and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
Withdrawal from a purchase and refunds are governed by applicable law, including the Content Industry Promotion Act and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Separate policies will not restrict users’ statutory rights.
